It has a beautiful stainless steel beam, full cast iron body, heat treated steel case, hardened pivots and bearings and features an FDA approved powder coated finish.

The 16 lb. Baker Scale comes with a 32-ounce beam in ¼ ounces increments, 9” matching plates, and is sold stand alone or bundled with various scoops and counterweights to meet your needs.
